巫青团目无法律，士布爹社青团声援卡巴星

针对民主行动党主席卡巴星表示欲起诉霹雳州苏丹的言论，巫青团召集党员于卡巴星办公室外与住家外示威，这显得巫青团目无法律，这是自行操纵法律的意图。

根据大马现有的法律，苏丹与最高元首乃受法律限制。起诉苏丹是卡巴星个人的权利，但巫统上下却有意阻止大马公民的权利，包挂有人建议要以野蛮的内安法令对付行动党主席卡巴星。

牛津大学毕业的首相女婿凯里曾于一项示威活动表示：“如果看到非法的大臣与行政议员前来，我将下放权力给巫青团，做你们应该做的事！”，如此的言论显示巫青团企图将法律操纵在自己的手里。

近期巫青团企图召集人马到卡巴星的家里示威。基尔甚至表示：警方部对付卡巴星决不罢休。士布爹社青团挑战巫青团，除了内安法令，他们想用那一条法令起诉卡巴星？

就算要以煽动法令对付卡巴星，也显得非常牵强。因为至从前首相敦马哈迪于1993年修宪后，皇室是可以被起诉的。

如果巫统不认同皇室可被起诉，巫统当年应该反对修宪。如今巫统的青年团既然质疑巫统领袖当年的决定，何不向当年的巫统领袖发难?

虽然士布爹对卡巴星欲起诉苏丹一事不愿置评，但到底这是卡巴星的权利。巫青团的举动就如大山脚区国会议员章瑛、升旗山区国会议员刘镇东所说的：太过分了。

The Umno Youth is over reacted after DAP National Chairperson Sdr. Karpal Singh suggests that Sultan Perak Sultan Azlan Shah should be named as a defendant in a potential lawsuit calling into question the legality of the BN Perak government.

According to recent Malaysia ’s constitution, rulers no longer above the constitution and they could bring up to court. Sdr Karpal Singh doesn’t offence any constitution for suggesting file a lawsuit against Sultan Perak. Unfortunately Umno Youth is trying to impeded people’s right, including threat Karpal Singh should stripped his citizen or detain him under ISA.

The Deputy Chief of Umno Youth Khairy Jamaluddin said: ‘order you as deputy Youth chief to do what is necessary if you see the illegal government coming’ during one of the Umno Youth demonstration. This kind of wording shows that Umno Youth are despising the constitution.

There are many demonstrations recently either nearby Karpal Singh’s office or his house. The formal Selangor MB Khir Toyo said Umno Youth won’t stop if police do not take action against Karpal Singh. DAPSY Seputeh is hereby to challenge Umno Youth, what did Karpal Singh offence besides using ISA?

Even though it is ridiculous if Karpal Singh charged under Sedition Act because Rulers could be sued after the constitution revised in 1993 when Tun Mahathir Mohammad was Prime Minister.

Deceased N.Sembilan King Duli Yang Maha Mulia Almarhum Tuanku Jaafar was sued by Standard Chartered Bank, why not Umno Youth protests in front of the Headquarter of Standard Chartered Bank?

Umno Youth should question formal Umno leaders who involved in the revised constitution in 1993 if they don’t agree with Rulers are under the law.

Although DAPSY Seputeh does not willing to comment on “should bring Sultan Perak up to the court”, however it is Karpal Singh’s right. The over reaction and attitude of Umno Youth is exactly same as what did Chong Eng and Liew Chin Tong said: they are ridiculous.
